Inter coach Antonio Conte has clear ideas about this evening’s Derby d’Italia clash between the Nerazzurri and Juventus, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
The report details how the 50-year-old Italian coach knows the importance of achieving three points against the Turin based club this evening. The Nerazzurri are currently six points behind Juventus but have played one less game as their game against Sampdoria still hasn’t been played yet. A win against the Old Lady keeps up the pressure on the Bianconeri.
Conte will start 20-year-old Italian defender Alessandro Bastoni over Uruguayan defender Diego Godin, the report continues. In the right wing back role the Italian coach is still undecided between Antonio Candreva and Danilo D’Ambrosio, although former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen is expected to start on the bench. The usual attacking partnership of Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez will lead the line for the Nerazzurri.
