Inter have already had a contract offer knocked back by Thomas Meunier’s representatives according to a report from German broadcaster Sport1.

The Nerazurri are vying for the signature of the Belgian international, who is currently on the books of Paris Saint Germain, alongside Borussia Dortmund but will have to make a new and improved offer if they want to try and land him.

Meunier’s contract in the French capital is due to expire at the end of this campaign and PSG seemingly have no intention of extending his stay at the Parc des Princes where he has played his football since the Summer of 2016.

The 28-year-old defender has been a regular under Thomas Tuchel this season having mad 28 appearances across all competitions.

In little over 2100 minutes on the park this term, the former Club Brugge man has scored a single goal and he has also managed to provide two assists for his teammates.
