The match official assignments for the upcoming round of Europa League action have been confirmed with Slavko Vincic assigned to referee Inter’s match versus Getafe.

The 40-year-old Slovenian referee will be refereeing his 26th game across all competitions this season and Thursday’s encounter at San Siro between the two clubs will be the first time he referees either of them in his career.

Vincic has refereed a number of games in the Champions League and Europa League this season and when not involved with continental competitions, he also referees in his native Slovenia, Saudi Arabia and in Greece.

In the 25 games he has refereed across all competitions this term, he has handed out a total of 89 yellow cards and three red cards.

He will be assisted on the night by Tomaz Klancnik and Andraz Kovacic and the fourth official for the match in Milan will be Rade Obrenovic. Matej Jug will be in charge of VAR and his assistant will be Matej Zunic.
