Valentino Lazaro is convinced that he can still have a future with Inter according to a report from FCInter1908.it.

The Austrian national team player joined Inter in a circa €20 million deal from Bundesliga outfit Hertha Berlin this past Summer but struggled to break into the team and he was loaned out to Premier League side Newcastle United, who have an option to make his stay at St James’ Park permanent.

As things stand, Inter have not made their mind up about Lazaro’s future but it will all ultimately depend on what Newcastle do as they may not have a decision to make if the Magpies take up their purchase option.

The report states that Inter manager Antonio Conte rates Lazaro as a player but is not convinced about the 23-year-old’s character.

Lazaro made a total of 11 appearances in his first six months with Inter during which he provided two assists for his teammates.
