UEFA are now open to all solutions in order to end the European football season with the priority being completing the various domestic leagues according to a report in today’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport.

Coronavirus has wreaked havoc across the globe and in the past few days the World Health Organisation upgraded its status to pandemic status.

Coronavirus has had a huge impact on football with many leagues deciding to put things on hold for the time being and it is now emerging that players have in fact got the virus, including Juventus’ Daniele Rugani.

With so many leagues postponing things for the foreseeable future, it remains to be seen how seasons will be able to be completed, if at all.

The simplest solution to allow leagues to finish would require UEFA to postpone this Summer’s European Championship’s and allow the teams to play on until the end of June.
