Inter’s top rivals Juventus could lose up to €110 million if the season was ended and they didn’t play in either the league or the Champions League, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Stampa.

The report details how there was a meeting with all the clubs and Lega Serie A yesterday to discuss the league and the Coronavirus emergency. In the meeting, there was an agreement to conclude the league, but there is still a real risk of a prolonged delay which could cause considerable economic damage to all clubs in the league.

A study carried out by Banca Imi showed that first place Juventus, who are one point ahead of second place Lazio, could lose up to €110 million if the season was ended early. The Turin based club would lose €45 million in TV rights, €25 million in stadium revenues and €40 million from sponsors if they weren’t able to play in either the league or Champions League.
