Barcelona could offer Ousmane Dembele to Inter as part of a deal for Lautaro Martinez according to a report from Argentine news outlet TyC Sports.
Lautaro is understood to be Barcelona’s top target ahead of the Summer transfer window and it is also understood that they are not keen on the idea of paying his €111 million release clause.
For financial reasons, the reigning Spanish champions would prefer to do a player(s) plus cash deal for the highly rated 22-year-old forward, who they think can lead their front line for a long time.
Ivan Rakitic, Arturo Vidal and Arthur have all been suggested as possible makeweights for the deal and Dembele is now the newest player to be suggested.
The Frenchman joined Barcelona from Borussia Dortmund in the Summer of 2017 but the 2018 World Cup winner has struggled to live up to expectations at the Nou Camp. Due to serious injury, he has been limited to just nine appearances across all competitions this term, in which he has scored one goal.
