Inter, Tottenham Hotspur and Lazio are all refusing to give up in their pursuits of Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud according to a report in today’s print edition of Corriere dello Sport.

All three clubs showed a keen interest in signing him during the recent January transfer window with some reports even stating that Inter had agreed terms with Chelsea and the player himself.

In the end Giroud ended up staying put at the Premier League club but could move on at the end of the season with his contract set to expire.

The report states that Giroud might in fact still sign a contract renewal with the Stamford Bridge outfit having recently found himself back in the team after a few difficult months where he played very little.

This season the 2018 World Cup winner, who has been with Chelsea since January 2018, has made 13 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored three goals.
