Lazio have identified RB Salzburg starlet Dominik Szoboszlai as the player they will go in for in the event that star midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic leaves in the upcoming Summer transfer window according to a report in today’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport.

The report explains that with speculation persisting about Milinkovic-Savic’s future in the Italian capital, Lazio are already thinking about potentially having to do without him and sporting director Igli Tare is at work on identifying potential replacements.

Szoboszlai is seen as one of the top up and coming prospects on the continent and the report goes on to add that Lazio are far from being alone in courting him with both Inter and AC Milan among a number of other clubs said to also be keen on signing him.

This season the 19-year-old Hungarian international has made 29 appearances across all competitions in which he has scored four goals and provided seven assists.
