Paris Saint Germain and Juventus could conduct a swap deal involving Mauro Icardi in the upcoming Summer transfer window according to a report in today’s print edition of Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.

Icardi is currently out on loan at the reigning French champions from Inter and they have an option to buy him on a permanent basis for a sum of €70 million at the end of the season.

PSG sporting director Leonardo is well aware that Juventus like Icardi whilst he likes Juventus duo Miralem Pjanic and Matteo De Sciglio.

Therefore, Leonardo could activate the option to buy on Icardi and use him to help him acquire two of his targets via a swap deal.

Icardi has scored 20 goals in 31 appearances across all competitions to date whilst at PSG and this is understood to have alerted Juventus who are keen to bolster what is an ageing attack which consists of Gonzalo Higuain and Cristiano Ronaldo with somebody a bit younger.
