It is growing increasingly unlikely that Inter will not pursue any sort of permanent move for on loan Alexis Sanchez according to a report from Italian news outlet CalcioMercato.com.

The Chilean national team attacker joined the club on a season long loan from Premier League club Manchester United this past Summer with the Red Devils paying the majority of the former Barcelona player’s wages for the duration of the loan.

An ankle injury early on in his time with the club ruled him out for several months and has limited his playing time significantly and when he has played he has not exactly lived up to expectations either.

Unless Manchester United agree to another loan deal it is unlikely that Inter will move for him on a permanent basis due to the fact Manchester United still want a decent sum of money for him and then there is the issue of his huge pay packet.
