Inter value Belgian midfielder Radja Nainggolan at €20 million and are happy to sell him to Cagliari in the summer, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The report details how Cagliari president Tommaso Giulini wants to keep the 31-year-old Belgian midfielder to satisfy the Rossoblu fans, but knows that negotiations with Inter will be complicated for the Sardinian club. The Nerazzurri value Nainggolan at €20 million, a relatively high figure for the provincial side considering the current economic climate.

Another issue is Nainggolan’s wages, the report continues. The 31-year-old is paid €4 million net per season, an expensive commitment for the Sardinian club. The former Roma midfielder has made 24 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 1943 minutes. In that time, he has scored five goals and provided six assists. The player has already won over the hearts of the fans and is going through his second spell at the club.
