Inter may look to sign Parma goalkeeper Luigi Sepe in the summer to play backup to club captain Samir Handanovic, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.

The report details how the 28-year-old Italian shot stopper, who is on loan at the Crusaders from Napoli, may be brought to Milan by the Nerazzurri in the summer in order to be the backup to Slovenian number one Samir Handanovic. The Milanese club struggled without their captain, as backup Daniele Padelli disappointed in his few appearances.

Should Sepe sign for Inter, the report continues, then Inter owned goalkeeper Ionut Radu could become Parma’s starting goalkeeper for the next season. Sepe has made 22 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 1980 minutes. In that time, he has conceded 28 goals and kept five clean sheets, impressing despite Parma’s relatively uninspiring season.
