Inter owned Mauro Icardi is not Juventus’ number one striker target for the upcoming Summer transfer window according to a report in today’s print edition of Tuttosport.

The 27-year-old Argentine is currently out on loan at reigning French champions Paris Saint Germain, who can buy him on a permanent basis for a sum of €70 million.

There has been no shortage of speculation in the media as of late which has suggested that PSG and Juventus could well conduct a swap deal involving Icardi and Miralem Pjanic but as per this report, Juventus have another striker in mind.

The report from the Turin based newspaper goes on to state that Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane is in fact Juventus’ number one striker target.

The Englishman has been one of the most prolific strikers in the world in the past few seasons and has drawn links to several clubs in recent weeks, including Inter.
