Barcelona want to sign both Inter’s Lautaro Martinez and Paris Saint Germain’s Neymar in the upcoming Summer transfer window according to a report from Spanish news outlet Mundo Deportivo.

Barcelona wish to play the duo alongside star man and multi-time world player of the year Lionel Messi in what would be one of the fiercest attacking trios modern day football has ever seen.

Lautaro has a €111 million release clause in his contract with Inter but Barcelona do not want to pay that and want to do a player plus cash deal for him instead with Arturo Vidal seemingly the favourite to be included in any deal for the 22-year-old.

As for Neymar, he could cost Barcelona as much as €180 million but Barcelona will try to convince PSG to drop their demands for the former Santos player.

The report goes on to state that there is a slight problem when it comes to being able to register players. Barcelona already have their three non-EU player slots filled by Vidal, Arthur and Araujo.

If Vidal ends up at Inter as part of a deal for Lautaro, the Blaugrana will still have to free up another spot in order to register Neymar.
