Soteldo has certainly not hidden his desire to join Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side and this is now the second time he has professed his dream of playing for the 20 time English champions.
“I don’t hide that one of my greatest dreams is to play for Manchester United, but today my head is 100% focused to Santos. I would like to win the Copa Libertadores with this team.”
As part of the interview Soteldo also blasted Santos president Jose Carlos Peres for his recent comments wherein he stated he wanted to give Inter the first option to sign him.
“It annoyed me that the president said what he said. It effectively opened up the possibility for people to publish things that are not true.”
