Chilean forward Alexis Sanchez will return to Premier League side Manchester United after his loan spell finishes with Inter, according to a report from Italian media outlet FcInterNews today.
The report details how the 31-year-old Chilean knows he will be returning to Manchester in the summer, as Inter are not looking to sign him permanently. There is no agreed upon fee between the two clubs and Sanchez’s €12 million wages are unthinkable for Inter. Furthermore, the Chilean’s performances on the pitch haven’t done enough to justify any potential consideration from Inter.
Whilst he will be returning to Manchester in the summer, he is not expected to feature for the Red Devils next season, the report continues. The club are looking for a new home for the player, difficult considering his high salary. Clubs in both the Bundesliga and England are interested in him, including West Ham, who have asked for more information.
