A report earlier today from Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset has attempted to draw up a possible Serie A calendar, assuming that the Coronavirus emergency allows the season to be completed.
The report details how the league could be restarted on the 20th May, giving teams a few weeks to train ahead of the first game. UEFA have already communicated that the leagues must be completed by August 3rd, as well as finishing the European cups in the summer.
This allows Serie A games to be played every three days, without having to think of either domestic or international cups, with the end of the season arriving at the start of July.
This is the possible calendar according to Sport Mediaset:
20 May – restart, 25th game day
23-24 May – 27th game day
27-28 May – 28th game day
30-31 May – 29th game day
3-4 June – 30th game day
6-7 June – 31st game day
10-11 June – 32nd game day
13-14 June – 33rd game day
17-18 June – 34th game day
20-21 June – 35th game day
24-25 June – 36th game day
27-28 June – 37th game day
1-2 July – 38th game day
