Bayern Munich appear willing to take up their option to buy Ivan Perisic from Inter according to a report in today’s print edition of German newspaper BILD.

The Croatian national team winger joined the reigning German champions on a season long loan this past Summer and the Bavarian club can sign him up for a sum of €20 million.

The report does however go on to state that due to the financial damage that the Coronavirus pandemic has caused, the option to buy could be reduced to €15 million.

There has been talk in the media in recent weeks that Bayern Munich and Inter could swap Perisic and Corentin Tolisso but for the time being the report states that there is nothing concrete.

Whilst at Bayern Munich, Perisic has made 22 appearances across all competitions to date. In exactly 1200 minutes on the park, the 31-year-old has scored five goals and provided eight assists.
