Fiorentina are one of several Serie A clubs interested in signing Hellas Verona defender Marash Kumbulla according to a report from Italian news outlet FirenzeViola.it.

The Albanian national team defender has emerged as one of the best young prospects in Italian football this season and this has led to Fiorentina, Napoli, Inter and Lazio all developing an interest in signing him.

As per the report, Hellas Verona, who have shocked many with how well they have performed in their first season back in Serie A following promotion at the end of last season, want between €20-25 million for the 20-year-old centre back, who is under contract with them until the end of the 2021/22 season.

This season Kumbulla has made 19 appearances across all competitions to date. In just under 1600 minutes on the field, he has scored a single goal and helped the Gialloblu club to keep a total of seven clean sheets.
