Juventus, AC Milan and Napoli are all looking to sign Inter owned striker Mauro Icardi in the summer, according to a report from Italian media outlet FcInterNews earlier today.
The report details how the 27-year-old Argentine striker, who is currently on loan with French side Paris Saint Germain, is set to return to Italy in the summer, as the Parisian’s aren’t looking to pay €70 million for his signature. Juventus have been looking to sign Icardi for over a year now, with AC Milan also contacting Icardi’s wife and agent Wanda Nara to discuss a possible move. The Rossoneri’s chances aren’t high, however, due to their Financial Fair Play commitments.
Napoli are also involved in the race for Icardi, the report continues. President Aurelio De Laurentiis has been keen to bring the Argentine forward to Naples for three years now, so the Partenopei will also try to fight off Juventus for the player’s signature.
