Alexis Sanchez is now back in Milan having recently been back home in Chile for personal reasons according to a report in today’s print edition of Corriere dello Sport.
The attacker, who joined the club on a season long loan from Manchester United this past Summer, arrived back in Italy yesterday and he has had to enter into an obligatory two week quarantine period due to the ongoing global Coronavirus pandemic.
Whilst out on loan at Inter, the former Barcelona player has made 15 appearances across all competitions to date. In little under 600 minutes on the field, he has scored once and tallied three assists.
Sanchez is one of eight players who was allowed to travel home by the club as of late and the other seven (Romelu Lukaku, Christian Eriksen, Victor Moses, Ashley Young, Diego Godin, Marcelo Brozovic and Samir Handanovic) are all already back and are in the midst of their obligatory quarantine periods.
