Inter and Tottenham Hotspur both have an interest in signing Barcelona midfielder Arthur in the upcoming Summer transfer window according to a report from Spanish news outlet Mundo Deportivo.

The duo are keen to try and tempt the Brazilian national team player into leaving the Nou Camp club and the report states that Spurs have already enquired about the possibility of acquiring Arthur either in an outright deal or a potential swap deal given Barcelona’s reported interested in Spurs midfielder Tanguy Ndombele.

Arthur’s name has meanwhile been brought up in conversation between Inter and intermediaries who are dealing with Lautaro Martinez’s potential transfer from Inter to Barcelona.

Barcelona claim that Arthur is non-transferable but in reality there is only one truly non-transferable player in their ranks and that is multi-time world player of the year Lionel Messi.

If Arthur or other players in a similar boat to him ask to leave the club and a fair offer is submitted, Barcelona will consider the possibility of letting him go.
