As a result of the ongoing global Coronavirus pandemic, Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic’s transfer value has dropped according to a report from Spanish news outlet Don Balon.
Reports in the past few weeks have suggested it could take in excess of €100 million to prize the Serbian national team player away from the Italian capital city club but this report suggests that as a result of the current crisis, his value has dropped to €70 million, the same amount Lazio were demanding for him a few years back.
The report goes on to add that Real Madrid, Juventus and Inter all have an interest in the 25-year-old midfielder, who has a contract with the Biancocelesti club until the end of the 2023/24 season.
This season Milinkovic-Savic has been virtually ever present for Simone Inzaghi’s high-flying aquile with him having appeared in 31 of their 35 games across all competitions to date. In 2539 minutes on the field, he has scored five goals and tallied seven assists.
