Barcelona have slapped a €45 million price tag on the head of defender Nelson Semedo after contract talks broke down according to a report from Spanish news outlet Sport.
Barcelona began talks with Semedo and his agent Jorge Mendes over a new deal back in February but no agreement was reached despite both Semedo and Mendes being open to signing a new deal.
The report states that due to the breakdown in contract talks, Mendes has asked Barcelona management to consider possibly letting his client depart the club and Barcelona will agree to let him go if they receive an offer of the above amount but they may accept a swap deal.
The Portuguese national team full back is reportedly an Inter target and this report also claims that both Juventus and Manchester City are keen on signing him too.
This season the 26-year-old has made 29 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has contributed a single assist.
