Inter are calm about Lautaro Martinez’s future with the club and will not let him go to Barcelona unless their demands are met for him according to a report from Spanish news outlet Mundo Deportivo journalist Francesc Aguilar.

Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta is adamant that Lautaro will be going nowhere unless Barcelona agree to pay what Inter want.

Due to this, Barcelona have changed their strategy when it comes to signing the 22-year-old Argentine national team striker and are now evaluating several alternatives.

As for the player himself, Aguilar goes on to state that he would like to move to Barcelona but if an agreement cannot be reached he would otherwise be happy to remain with Inter. He also has offers from elsewhere, namely from the Premier League, but he is not convinced by them.

Aguilar goes on to conclude that Real Madrid may even come in for Lautaro due to how difficult it would be for them to sign Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland.
