Inter coach Antonio Conte has worked hard with his staff to ensure the fitness of all the squad during the quarantine, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
The report details how Conte and his staff have developed detailed personalised training programs for all the squad, whilst also sending the players exercise bikes and treadmills.
Every morning Conte or another one of his staff lead physical training sessions via Zoom, ensuring that the players are following the program.
Conte has also spent this time reviewing all of Inter’s games this season, the report continues, looking for any new ideas or anything that could help the squad grow.
The Lecce born coach is expected to pick up from where he left off, but these two months could prove fruitful in providing new ideas. Players are expected to return to training on the 4th of May.
