Inter full back Danilo D’Ambrosio shared a photo of a nurse who wrote the 31-year-old’s name on the back of his PPE with a post on his Instagram page yesterday.
The former Torino full back, who is contracted to the Nerazzurri until 2021, has found a fair amount of playing time under coach Antonio Conte this season, appreciated for his flexibility on the pitch, being able to play on both the left and right side, as well as playing as a central defender.
D’Ambrosio shared the photo alongside the caption: “Heroes forever.”
