Premier League side Watford are interested in signing Inter full back Kwadwo Asamoah, according to a report from Italian media outlet FcInterNews yesterday.

The report details how the 31-year-old Ghanaian full back, who is contracted to the Nerazzurri until 2021, is wanted by Watford, a club owned by the Pozzo family, the same family that own Udinese, who brought Asamoah to Italy when he was 18 years old. The chance to live in London and play in the Premier League may convince Asamoah to accept the move, instead of moving to Turkey to place for Fenerbahçe.

Fenerbahçe are keen to sign Asamoah, the report continues, and have offered him a two-year deal worth €3 million net per season, the same amount that he currently earns with the Nerazzurri. Developments are expected over the next few weeks but it is unlikely that Asamoah will be an Inter player after the summer transfer window ends.
