Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang may remain with Arsenal this Summer and leave next Summer once his contract expires according to The Athletic‘s David Ornstein.

The Gabonese striker’s contract is due to expire at the end of next season and as a result a number of reports have stated that Arsenal could look to sell him in the Summer to avoid losing him for nothing with one report stating they may even sell for as little as €35 million.

Ornstein has however reported that Aubameyang may stay with the Gunners and land a significant signing on bonus from a new club next Summer, when he will have the pick of the clubs given he will be a free agent.

The former Borussia Dortmund forward has drawn links to several clubs ahead of the upcoming Summer transfer window with Inter, Barcelona, Manchester United and Chelsea all having been linked with a move for him.
