Giuseppe Giovinco has revealed that his brother Sebastian Giovinco could well return to Serie A in the future and could end up at Inter.

In recent weeks Giovinco has been linked with a potential Summer transfer window switch to Inter, who are looking for a back-up option for the attack to replace Alexis Sanchez, who is to return to Manchester United once his loan deal expires.

Fiorentina, Parma and Benevento have all also been linked with a move for Giovinco, who is currently on the books of Saudi Pro League side Al Hilal. He has a contract with them until December 31 2021.

“Seba only recently changed his agent, but I don’t know much about his future, as we try not to talk about football,” Giuseppe, who currently plays for Ravenna, explained in an Instagram Live chat with Italian transfer market expert Nicolo Schira.

“If there’s the chance of returning to Italy, he’ll take it into consideration. A link with Inter is pretty simple to spot, you just add two and two together, seeing as Marotta and Conte hold him in high esteem and know him well from their time at Juventus.

“If he does go to Inter, Seba will relight the passion I had for the Nerazzurri when I was a kid.”

This season Giovinco, who turned 33-years-old earlier on this year, has made 25 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored six goals and provided eight assists for his teammates.
