The Chilean national team attacker is currently on loan at the Nerazzurri from Premier League club Manchester United and his exorbitant wages mean it is practically impossible that he will remain with the club past the end of this season.
The former Barcelona player has an annual salary of no less than €12 million and Inter have not even covered half of that during his loan spell with them only paying €5 million.
Central midfielder Borja Valero is also highly likely to depart the club at the end of the season, the report from the Turin based newspaper goes on to add.
The veteran Spanish midfielder’s contract with the club is due to expire at the end of next month and although he is willing to stay in Milan, Inter have other ideas.
