Lega Serie A are evaluating three possible dates to resume the 2019/20 season according to a report in today’s print edition of Corriere dello Sport.

The campaign has been on hold for just a few days shy of two months as a result of the ongoing global Coronavirus pandemic and the clubs recently voted unanimously in favour of resuming play and finishing the remainder of the season recently.

As per the report from the Rome based newspaper, one of the dates the season could be resumed is June 27 and if this is the route things go down clubs will play games every 72 hours starting with the matches that should have been played on the 26th round had the season not been brought to a halt.

The report goes on to add that the remainder of the Coppa Italia would also be scrapped in order to allow the league campaign to finish.
