Matias Vecino is more than likely going to be moved on by Inter in the upcoming Summer transfer window according to a report in today’s print edition of Tuttosport.

Inter are targeting midfield reinforcements and Vecino looks set to become a victim of Inter’s desire to improve the team.

The Nerazzurri team value the Uruguayan national team midfielder in the region of €20-25 million and given he only earns €2.5 million a year it should not be too hard to offload him.

Everton showed a keen interest in signing him back in the recent January transfer window and it remains to be seen if the Toffees will come back in for the former Fiorentina player.

The report from the Turin based newspaper goes on to explain that Inter could well use Vecino as a trade chip in a deal with another club.

This season the 28-year-old has made 23 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored three goals and provided a single assist.
