The only way that Victor Moses will stay with Inter past the end of this season is if an agreement can be reached between Inter and Chelsea over a loan extension according to a report from Italian news outlet CalcioMercato.com.

The Nigerian national team defender joined the Nerazzurri club on a six month loan deal in the most recent January transfer window and as part of the deal Inter obtained an option to buy him outright for €12 million.

Inter management have evaluated the player’s future with the club and have no plans of signing him up outright but the report claims it is not necessarily the end for the former Wigan Athletic player with the club.

If Inter and Chelsea can agree to a one year loan extension then Moses could well remain with the club but a report elsewhere in the media has suggested that in order for another loan to happen Moses would have to sign a new deal with Chelsea.
