Inter are paying close attention to Bayern Munich’s pursuit of Manchester City winger Leroy Sane as it could impact Ivan Perisic according to a report in today’s print edition of German newspaper BILD.

Perisic is currently out on loan at the Bundesliga club from Inter and as part of the deal the reigning German champions can sign Perisic on a permanent basis for €20 million.

However, should they sign Sane, who they failed to sign last Summer, they may well opt against signing Perisic up meaning the Croatian national team winger would head back to Inter.

A report in the Italian media today has suggested that in the event that Perisic is to return to Inter he may well get a chance to redeem himself at the club, who he joined back in 2015 from Wolfsburg.

Whilst on loan at Bayern, the 31-year-old has made 22 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored five goals and provided eight assists.
