Inter manager Antonio Conte is studying where he can deploy Christian Eriksen according to a report in today’s print edition of Tuttosport.

Eriksen arrived at the club in a circa €20 million deal from Tottenham Hotspur on a four and a half year deal in the most recent January transfer window.

Since his arrival Eriksen had physical problems to get over and Conte utilised him in several positions as he looked to find Eriksen’s best position in his system.

The report from the Turin based newspaper goes on to claim that Conte could change from his tried and tested 3-5-2 system to a 3-4-1-2 to allow Eriksen to play in his natural attacking midfield role and it is now up to the player to redeem himself after a pretty poor start to life in Nerazzurri.

Eriksen, who formerly played for Dutch giants Ajax, has made eight appearances across all competitions to date for Inter and in 348 minutes on the park, the 28-year-old has scored one goal and provided a single assist for his teammates.
