Inter have released an official club statement confirming that all COVID-19 tests conducted on the Inter first team have come back negative.

Following these results, players are now able to make the most of the club’s facilities at the Suning Training Centre in memory of Angelo Moratti on an optional individual basis.

All athletes were allowed to return to individual training at training grounds from Monday but Inter wished to take extreme caution and the testing process took a little longer than expected but Inter players can now train at the club’s facilities starting this afternoon.

The Nerazzurri club have reiterated that they will maintain the utmost attention to the preventative measures in place in order to keep players and staff of the club safe.

The Serie A season has been on hold for around two months now and it still remains to be seen whether the 2019/20 season will be able to resume.
