Inter and Torino are set to meet as soon as possible to discuss a potential swap deal that would involve Roberto Gagliardini and Armando Izzo according to a report in today’s print edition of Tuttosport.
The two clubs wish to meet to understand if it will be possible for such a deal to take place during the upcoming Summer transfer window.
Izzo is looking to leave the Granata club after a good season and Inter manager Antonio Conte is understood to be a big fan of him and thinks he would be the perfect addition to improve the defence.
Torino are meanwhile fans of Gagliardini and given Inter’s interest in Izzo it would suggest that a swap deal could well take place between the clubs.
This season Gagliardini has made 16 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored two goals and provided two assists. Izzo on the other hand has made 29 appearances in total, in which he has scored three goals.
