Udinese goalkeeper Juan Musso has shared his delight at the recent speculation which has seen him linked with a potential Summer transfer window switch to Inter.

Reports in recent weeks and months have suggested that Inter have identified the Argentine national team shot stopper as a potential long term replacement for ageing current number one Samir Handanovic.

The 26-year-old is widely regarded as one of the best goalkeepers in Serie A the moment and he has also been linked with a potential switch to Inter’s city rivals AC Milan.

“I’m very happy about the interest from Inter, it is something that motivates me regardless of how it ends. Inter a club with a lot of history in the football world,” he explained in an interview with Argentine broadcaster TNT Sports earlier on this evening.

Musso joined his current employers in the Summer of 2018 and has a contract with them until the end of the 2022/23 season.

This season the former Racing Club player has made 27 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has kept a total of nine clean sheets.
