Barcelona and Juventus swap deal for Miralem Pjanic will help the Blaugrana club in their pursuit to sign Inter striker Lautaro Martinez according to a report from the online edition of Sport.

Barcelona are set to send Nelson Semedo and Jean Clair Todibo to the Bianconeri and in return they will receive Pjanic, Mattia De Sciglio plus €25 million.

Barcelona will then use that money to help them fund their move for Lautaro. As things stand, the two clubs are far from close from reaching an agreement over the highly rated 22-year-old striker.

Inter want between €80 million and €90 million for the Argentine national team forward whilst Barcelona want to bring the cost of the deal down by offering players such as Ivan Rakitic, Samuel Umtiti and Rafinha, who spent six months out on loan at Inter during the 2017/18 season.

This season Lautaro has made 31 appearances, in which he has scored 16 goals and provided four assists for his teammates.
