Inter could hold off from making a move for Udinese goalkeeper Juan Musso until the Summer of 2021 according to a report from Italian news outlet CalcioMercato.com.

Musso joined his current employers, who he is contracted to until 2023, back in the Summer of 2018 from Racing Club and has been one of the best goalkeepers in Italy since his arrival at the Stadio Friuli.

Inter consider the Argentine shot stopper to be the ideal long term replacement for current number one goalkeeper Samir Handanovic and the player himself has also expressed a liking toward the idea of joining Inter.

The report does however warn that AC Milan have also developed an interest in signing Musso in the event that Gianluigi Donnarumma departs the club in the coming months.

With a move for Musso seemingly on hold for the time being, Inter will utilise Ionut Andrei Radu as the Slovenian’s understudy for the 2020/21 season.
