Inter could make a move for Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero if Lautaro Martinez departs the club in the coming months according to a report from Italian football journalist and transfer market expert Alfredo Pedulla.
Lautaro continues to be heavily linked with a possible Summer transfer window move to Barcelona and due to this Inter management are preparing for a potential departure by identifying possible replacements.
Aguero’s contract with the reigning Premier League champions, who he has been with since 2011, is due to expire at the end of next season and his relationship with the club is far from idyllic at the moment.
The former Atletico Madrid player, who has been one of the most prolific goalscorers of the past decade, has made 30 appearances across all competitions to date this term and in just over 2000 minutes on the field, the Argentine international has scored 23 goals and has provided a total of three assists for his teammates.
