Contrary to reports elsewhere in the media, Ivan Rakitic has not been offered to Inter as part of a deal for Lautaro Martinez according to a report from the online edition of Spanish news outlet Mundo Deportivo.

Barcelona are extremely interested in signing Lautaro from Inter in the upcoming Summer transfer window but despite their strong interest, they are unwilling to meet Inter’s demands for him.

Inter have told Barcelona that they want his €111 million release clause paid or €90 million plus at least a player but Barcelona are wanting to offer less money and more players.

Whilst Inter have shown a previous interest in Rakitic, the report from Mundo Deportivo goes on to add that the Nerazzurri club have not requested his inclusion in any potential deal for highly rated 22-year-old Argentine international Lautaro.

It also adds that the odds of Rafinha being included as part of a deal for Lautaro are seriously increasing.
