Inter and Lautaro Martinez have reached an agreement which prohibits him from trying to force a move through to Barcelona according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

The highly rated 22-year-old striker has been heavily linked with the Blaugrana club almost daily for several months now but has agreed with Inter that a move will only take place if the two clubs can come to an agreement, without him trying to force anything.

For this reason, Inter will continue to stand firm on their asking price for the Argentine national team striker and want no more than one player included in any potential deal. Barcelona either have to pay up and meet Inter’s demands or can forget about signing the former Racing Club player.

This season Lautaro has made 31 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored 16 goals and provided six assists for his teammates.
