Inter and Barcelona have agreed to include Junior Firpo in the deal for Lautaro Martinez and are now considering including Samuel Umtiti as the second player, although on one condition, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.

The report details how the Nerazzurri are considering allowing the 2018 World Cup winner to be included in the deal for the 22-year-old Lautaro, who is heavily wanted by Barcelona.

The Frenchman would only be allowed to join Inter on loan, however, as the Nerazzurri are worried about the player’s long injury history and don’t want to risk signing him in case his physical stability never improves.

The two parties are still considering whether to include Umtiti or not, the report continues, as the Milanese club would benefit from the Frenchman’s inclusion into the squad, considering the lack of left-footed defenders. The 26-year-old has made 16 appearances across all competitions this season.
