Inter could look to re-sign several both defender Zinho Vanheusden as well as striker Andrea Pinamonti, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

Many clubs are interested in the 20-year-old Belgian Vanheusden, who has impressed this season playing for Standard Liege. His relationship with the club has collapsed after his refusal to accept a pay cut, which was introduced to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.

The club essentially ‘fired him’ alongside five other players. Many clubs are interested in Vanheusden, including Inter who sold him last summer for €12 million and are hoping they can buy him back for €15 million.

In regard to Pinamonti, the report continues, the Nerazzurri have the right to match any other offers received for the player, giving them a strong advantage. They also have a right of first refusal. The player could earn his way into coach Antonio Conte’s squad, but it would take patience and hard work.
