Inter have no intention of giving up Roberto Gagliardini as part of a deal for Torino defender Armando Izzo according to a report from Italian news outlet CalcioMercato.com.

Inter manager Antonio Conte is a big fan of Izzo’s and would like him signed to bolster the team’s defence whilst Torino have seemingly developed an interest in signing Gagliardini.

The Nerazzurri club have other ideas when it comes to players they could offer to La Granata in exchange for Italian national team defender Izzo.

As per the report, Inter could instead offer young striker Andrea Pinamonti to Torino. Pinamonti is currently owned by Genoa but Inter have a gentleman’s agreement to re-sign him this Summer and they seem more inclined to offer him for Izzo.

This season the Italian youth national team player has made 22 appearances across all competitions to date. In almost 1600 minutes on the park, he has scored four goals and provided three assists.
