Barcelona will finalise a deal for Inter striker Lautaro Martinez during the month of July according to a report from the online edition of Spanish news outlet Mundo Deportivo.

The Blaugrana have been in negotiations with Inter over the highly rated 22-year-old for some time but have come up against a stern Nerazzurri, who are reluctant to let the Argentine go, unless it is on their terms.

Despite Inter’s reluctance, the report goes on to claim that the two clubs should strike a deal over him in two months time.

It goes on to add that a deal should be reached on a player plus cash basis, the cash element of which will be in the region of €70 million.

This season Lautaro, who has a contract with Inter through to the end of the 2022/23 season, has made 31 appearances across all competitions to date. In his time on the field, he has scored 16 goals and has provided four assists.
