Inter have offered defender Milan Skriniar to Barcelona several times in recent months according to a report from the online edition of Spanish news outlet Mundo Deportivo.

The Slovakian defender has often been linked with a move to the Blaugrana club since his arrival at Inter in the Summer of 2017 but the Nerazzurri have declined Barcelona’s offer each time.

The report goes on to explain further that Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio, has sparked an interest in signing Barcelona’s French international defender Clement Lenglet and would like to sign the Frenchman to replace Skriniar in the event that he leaves the club in the coming months.

The 2018 World Cup winner has established himself at Barcelona, who he has a contract with until the end of the 2022/23 season, this term.

In 29 appearances across all competitions to date, the former Sevilla defender has scored three goals and has contributed a single assist.
